Our Policies

All Adaptivation, Inc. products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please call us if you experience any problems with your device so we can resolve the issue. All returns must be authorized and be issued an RMA number to insure prompt repair, refund or exchange.

Adaptivation-branded product returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in resellable condition. The Return policy does not apply to software and books or for products subjected to abuse. For third-party products sold through Adaptivation, consult the manufacturer.
